Basic info
In order to issue a health certificate, we conduct the following tests:
- Electrocardiogram (ECG)
- Glucose level measurement: ebfore the test, the patient should report fasting, i.e. do not drink sweetened drinks, juices and do not eat min. 10-12 hours before the test
- Heart Rate and Blood Pressure Measurement - The measurement result may determine the validity period of the certificate
- Visual Acuity Assessment - if you wear glasses, please bring them to the appointment (the examination cannot be performed with contact lenses)
It is worth remembering some important points:
- if you are employed under a contract of employment or a contract of mandate bring with you a referral for a medical examination issued by your employer
or
- if you are self-employed fill out an application for preventive health care coverage (this document can be filled out with us on site)
- 2 years (where the state of health does not permit the issuance of a certificate for a period of 2 years, the health certificate may be issued for a shorter period)

Based on general health and safety regulations, work at height is work performed at a height of at least 1 meter above floor or ground level.
This includes, among others, work on:

Vulcan MedicalOccupational Medicine OfficeOccupational medicine conducted by our Center includes the prevention of occupational diseases for seafarers, wind turbine technicians, and other professions or specializations. The examinations will determine if the delegates have any health contraindications that would prevent them from performing tasks in a specified position.
