Basic info
The following tests must be performed for the certificates listed below:
-work in positions related to driving, training, and testing drivers:
* twilight vision and glare sensitivity test
* fasting glucose
-examinations for drivers of categories C, D, and E:
* twilight vision and glare sensitivity test + psychological consultation
* fasting glucose
-examinations for future drivers of categories A and B:
* fasting glucose
It is worth remembering some important points:
- if you are employed under a contract of employment or a contract of mandate bring with you a referral for a medical examination issued by your employer
or
- if you are self-employed, fill out an application for preventive health care coverage (this document can be filled out with us on site)
The indicated tests are performed on site thanks to cooperation with a psychologist - you can make an appointment with a psychologist online or call to match the psychotest date with an appointment with a medical examiner.
As part of the provision of occupational medicine services, we carry out examinations for certificates for jobs related to the driving of various vehicles. Based on the results, the doctor issues a certificate of approval or contraindication to work in a particular position.
